Dianna Plouffe Appointed as Director of Corporate Services for the District of Oak Bay

The District of Oak Bay is pleased to announce the appointment of Dianna Plouffe as the new Director of Corporate Services. Ms. Plouffe brings a wealth of experience in local government and a proven track record of effective leadership. She will officially assume her new position on December 4, 2023.

Dianna Plouffe comes to the District of Oak Bay from the Town of Smithers, where she served as the Chief Administrative Officer since May 2021. Prior to her role as CAO, Ms. Plouffe was the Director of Corporate Services for the Town of Smithers for five years. With over 16 years of progressive experience in local government, she has consistently demonstrated her strengths in leadership, interpersonal communication, and relationship-building. She is known for her dedication to public service and her passion for improving the quality of life for residents.
