The Public Art Collection contains more than 20 permanent and temporary works of art scattered throughout Oak Bay.
Public art is free to view and accessible to all. Pieces in the Collection have been acquired, gifted or commissioned by the District of Oak Bay.
From 2014 to 2020, former Oak Bay Arts Laureate Barbara Adams, working with Municipal staff and the Public Art Advisory Committee, played a key role in advancing Oak Bay’s public art program.
