• Visit MyDistrict Online
• Click register for an account, fill out the page and hit register
• You will receive a Registration email
• Once you receive your email. Follow the link contained within the email.
• You are now ready to log on and register accounts.  Your account information and access codes can be found on your invoices

*NEW* To register your Building Permit application permit folders, enter your access code and Building Permit number found in your Access code information email.  Email inspections@oakbay.ca to confirm your account information.

Tax Certificates

The tax certificate provides a statement of the property tax account to date. Unless you are a homeowner, please contact myLTSA or APIC for a tax certificate. The fee is $20 plus service fee for each tax certificate.
