The tax certificate provides a statement of the property tax account to date.

For property owners, please contact the Tax Department by email at propertytax@oakbay.ca or by phone at 250-598-3311.

For others (not owners of the property), our tax certificates are conveniently available online through:

• myLTSA:  If you have an account, log in and from the main menu, select Service Providers and Order Tax Certificates.
• APIC: If you prefer to pay for the tax certificate by credit card, please visit apic to open an account and order your Tax Certificate.

The fee is $20 plus service charge.
