I have a passionate belief in the importance of strength training as a key component to long-term health for everyone. Whether you are 18 or 80, a lifelong athlete or a complete beginner, I believe there is a place for you in the gym and I aim to give you the skills and confidence to achieve your goals. Many people underestimate their capabilities, but with support and training they can achieve much more than they thought.
What motivated you to become a trainer?
Seeing people improve their fitness and hence the quality of their lives.
My focus is helping people increase their strength – a frequently neglected area of overall fitness. Strength training is vital in preventing injuries, managing chronic conditions and allowing people to lead active lives.
