Cancellation Policy

Camps

• All weekly camp withdrawal/refunds must must be requested by 8:00pm the Monday one week prior to the start of camp.
• All daily camp registration withdrawals/refunds must be requested 72 hours prior to the start of camp.

Programs

• Courses (excluding camps) that are four classes or more, withdrawals/refunds must be requested prior to the second class. After the second class, credits/refunds are granted only for cases of illness supported by a doctor’s note (other compassionate reasons may be considered).
• Courses with three classes or less, or that require 100% attendance, withdrawals/refunds must be requested at least 72 hours prior to the start of the course.

Registered Drop-ins

• For single session bookings (i.e. fitness studio, group fitness and lane swimming) withdrawals/refunds must be requested at least four hours prior to start of the session.

Birthday Parties

• Birthday party withdrawals/refunds must be requested by 12:00pm on the Saturday two weeks prior to the party.

Court Rentals

• Court rental cancellations must be requested at least four hours prior to the rental time.

Course Cancellation

Programs with insufficient registration will be cancelled and a full refund or credit will be issued. Credits will be issued if a program is cancelled due to to service interruption including severe weather, power outages, work stoppages, or staff availability.

Credits/Refunds

Credits or refunds will not be provided, nor make-up classes scheduled for absences due to seasonal illness, vacation, and inclement weather, providing the service remains available to the public. Requests made outside of the cancellation policy will not be granted unless there is a medical or compassionate reason and is approved by the program supervisor. Proof of medical or compassionate reason may be required.
