First Aid Courses
Get certified in first aid through Canadian Red Cross and Canadian Lifesaving Society courses. Options include CPR C, AED, Emergency First Aid, and Standard First Aid. CPR C and AED
This course covers CPR C, AED, and choking procedures for adults, children, and infants. CPR C is essential for lifeguards, medical personnel, and paramedics while beneficial for everyone. Four-hour recertification option provided.
Emergency First Aid with CPR C and AED
This one-day course, teaches basic and necessary first aid practices. You will learn the current CPR C, AED, and choking practices for adults, children, and infants as well as how to deal with several medical emergency and injury situations. No recertification available, must take the 8 hour course again to recertify.
Standard First Aid with CPR C and AED
Our most comprehensive first aid course, this 16-hour course will set you up for success in emergencies, for future employment, or on your path to becoming a lifeguard. This course offers a broad foundation of first-aid training, including CPR C and AED training, procedures for choking, medical emergencies, bleeding, shock, broken bones and dislocations, and more. One-day recertification available.
