What motivated you to become a trainer?
I’ve maintained an active lifestyle throughout my life, and use strength training to help me achieve my goals outside of the gym. My degree is in Kinesiology, which focuses on human movement and exercise science. Through my studies, I came to understand the pivotal role exercise plays in long-term health. I’ve also noticed that many people hesitate to get active due to discomfort with the gym environment. I want to be able to introduce new people to the gym, and the amazing, supportive community that surrounds it.
What’s your style of training?
I love to be a beginner, so I train for strength, mobility and function in order to allow myself the freedom to continuously try new things.

What motivated you to become a trainer
Fitness has been my passion for more than 40 years. I became a trainer to share my strong belief that fitness, health and quality of life go hand in hand.
Training Philosophy:
Exercise and fitness combined with a healthy and balanced diet and proper nutrition are essential to achieving maximum benefits. The way to a healthier body is to change some habits that keep you from attaining your full potential – by eating right for your body and including regular effective exercise into your life. A regular exercise program leads to better health and an improved sense of well-being. I believe exercise should be enjoyable and fun and never a chore. We always feel better after we exercise!
I bring enthusiasm and motivation to each person’s unique needs.
