Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held in the Oak Bay Municipal Hall Council Chambers located at 2167 Oak Bay Avenue, Victoria, BC, on March 3, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. to allow the public to make verbal or written representations to Council with respect to the following proposal for the properties located at 1587 York Place and 1562 Prospect Place:

What is being proposed:
1587 York Place/ 1562 Prospect Place Heritage Revitalization Agreement Authorization Bylaw No. 4885, 2025
This bylaw proposes to secure protection of and improvements to the heritage home known as Annandale House on 1587 York Place, as well as to facilitate the subdivision of two residential lots from the two subject properties.
