Notice is hereby given that the District of Oak Bay Council, pursuant to Section 467 of the Local Government Act, will consider giving First Reading to Zoning Bylaw No. 3531, 1986, Amendment Bylaw No. 4903, 2025 at a Regular Meeting of Council scheduled for Monday April 28, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. to be held in the Oak Bay Municipal Hall Council Chambers located at 2167 Oak Bay Avenue.
The District is prohibited from holding a public hearing on this bylaw pursuant to section 464(3) of the Local Government Act.
Zoning Bylaw No. 3531,1986, Amendment Bylaw No. 4903, 2025
This bylaw proposes to rezone the lot at 2757 Dufferin Avenue (legally described as Amended Lot F (DD1128571), Section 2, Victoria District Plan 3926 Thereof, PID No. 006-128-068 from Residential Use (R-4) to Residential Use (R-5) to facilitate the subdivision of the property into two lots.
3223 Henderson Road

This bylaw proposes to rezone the lot at 3223 Henderson Road (Lot 19, Section 31, Victoria District, Plan 10390 Thereof, PID No. 005-189-586 from Residential Use (R-4) to Residential Use (R-5) to facilitate the subdivision of the property into two lots.
