Notice is hereby given that the District of Oak Bay Council, pursuant to Section 467 of the Local Government Act, will consider giving First Reading to Zoning Bylaw No. 3531, 1986, Amendment Bylaw No. 4905, 2025 at a Special Council Meeting scheduled for Monday May 5, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. to be held in the Oak Bay Municipal Hall Council Chambers located at 2167 Oak Bay Avenue.

The District is prohibited from holding a public hearing on this bylaw pursuant to section 464(3) of the Local Government Act.

Zoning Bylaw No. 3531,1986,  Amendment Bylaw No. 4905, 2025

This bylaw proposes to create a new site-specific zone to facilitate the subdivision of the property into two lots. Proposed Lot 1 would retain the existing single-family dwelling, while proposed Lot 2 would accommodate the construction of a side-by-side duplex.
