Council Priorities Plan

In 2019, the District of Oak Bay began a new process for strategic planning and budgeting.

The Oak Bay Council Priorities Plan identifies timing of projects to be undertaken to deliver on Council’s Priorities. The Council Priorities Plan is based on the Official Community Plan, the Five Year Financial Plan, and the annual budget. It is implemented through Council decisions and staff actions. Council has six priorities for the 2022-26 term.
