What motivated you to become a trainer?
I was a runner and damaged my knee cartilage in my early 30’s and was advised to start strength training and loved it. I like helping people and am passionate about health and fitness and working in fitness is way more fun than healthcare!
Keep fitness simple but effective.
I like to work with mature adults, beginners, and people with health challenges. I have taught Fitness classes in conjunction with the Alzheimer’s Society (Minds in Motion) and for the Parkinson’s Wellness Project.
