What motivated you to become a trainer?
Competitive athlete my entire life, both summer and winter sports. I particularly enjoy long distance running. I have completed 23 marathons, many of them in a tuxedo.

I will support you through the process of reaching your fitness goals which may include improving your flexibility, strength, mobility, balance, and function.
Specialties:
My focus in on clients over 50 as well as Personal Training with a focus on yoga postures.
