Laszlo started Hockey at a young age and went on to study at the Pursuit Of Excellence hockey academy, Kelowna, BC, throughout his high school years. Not only becoming a skillful goaltender but learning gym etiquette with his elite coaches. Laszlo then went on to play for the Victoria Cougars VIJHL, Alliston, Hornets GMOJHL and winning the league championship, Powell River regals BC winning a provincial title in Sr mens. Laszlo carried his passion for hockey into the weight room and acquired the BCRPA personal trainers certificate. Where he continues to have a passion for learning and helping others achieve their potential.
What motivated you to become a trainer?
Laszlo’s motivation on becoming a trainer was to help future athletes meet the demands of their sport and Assist novices with gym etiquette, goal setting and periodization.
What is your style of training?
Laszlo’s focus is on strength training, conditioning, power, mobility and agility. The ingredients for an elite athlete.
