Oak Bay Parks, Recreation & Culture is excited to invite Western Canadian artists to apply for our 2025-2026 outdoor public art program!

Join us for the 9th Annual “Open” (No Theme) Juried Sculptural Exhibition, where you can showcase your original work and reflect on your artistic journey. This is a fantastic opportunity for both emerging and mid-career artists!

Successful submissions will be provided with an honorarium of $1,600 inclusive of travel and delivery/retrieval of artwork.
