Where we are today: Windsor Park Playground

The removal and excavation of the existing Windsor playground began in September, 2024. We apologize for the delays in opening the Windsor playground. The District is committed to adhering to all Canadian playground safety standards, which has extended the installation timeline. Additionally, unexpected site conditions have contributed to the delays in the initial construction.

We appreciate your understanding as we work to ensure that the new playground is safe and enjoyable for everyone. We look forward to welcoming you to the new Windsor Park Playground, which is now tentatively scheduled to open at the end of January. Thank you for your patience and understanding!
