Trick or Treat on the Avenue, organized by the Oak Bay Business Improvement Association, is returning with spooky family fun! In addition to trick or treating there are activities, music, costume contests for the kids and the pets and more. Oak Bay Fire Department and Sparky will be in attendance and kids can try hitting a target with a real fire hose!

Shops from Foul Bay Road to Monterey Avenue will be giving out candy during our Village-wide Trick or Treat. Participating businesses have a pumpkin poster in the window.
