As required by the Community Charter, notice is hereby given that The Corporation of the District of Oak Bay Annual Report 2015, including the 2015 audited financial statements and individual departmental reports, will be considered at the Council meeting to be held Monday, July 18, 2016, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Oak Bay Municipal Hall, 2167 Oak Bay Avenue, Victoria, B.C. 

Submissions and questions from the public in relation to the Annual Report will be considered at that time as well.

Draft Annual Report 2015

A hard copy of the draft Annual Report is also available for inspection at the Oak Bay Municipal Hall at the address noted above, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Any correspondence addressed to the undersigned which includes name and residential address and is received before 3:00 PM on July 18 , 2016, will be placed on the Council agenda accompanying the report for consideration.
