As required by the Community Charter, notice is hereby given that The Corporation of the District of Oak Bay Annual Report 2016, including the 2016 audited financial statements and individual departmental reports, will be considered at the Council meeting to be held Monday, June 26, 2017, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Oak Bay Municipal Hall, 2167 Oak Bay Avenue, Victoria, B.C.

Submissions and questions from the public in relation to the Annual Report will be considered at that time as well.

The draft Annual Report is now available for inspection. Paper copies are also available at the Oak Bay Municipal Hall at the address noted above, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Any correspondence addressed to the undersigned which includes name and residential address and is received before 3:00 PM on June 26, 2017, will be placed on the Council agenda accompanying the report for consideration.
