It is anticipated that Oak Bay Municipal Council will consider adoption of Bylaw No. 4676, Financial Plan Bylaw, 2016, Amendment Bylaw No. 1, 2016 at its Special Council Meeting to be held December 16, 2016 commencing at 3:30 PM.  This amendment to the 2016 Financial Plan adjusts the 2016 spending estimates and the 2017 spending estimates to provide spending authority until the 2017 Financial Plan is adopted in May. 

Copies of the Bylaw and relevant background information are available for public inspection at the Oak Bay Municipal Hall.  Persons wishing to comment on the Bylaw may make their views known in a letter addressed to the Director of Corporate Services or in an email addressed to the Deputy Director of Corporate Services.  Correspondence received by December 15, 2016 will be placed on the Council agenda for consideration before a vote is taken to adopt the Bylaw.  The meeting will be open to the public, and you are welcome to attend as well.
