An increase in construction activity is expected from the beginning of October 2019 through December 2019, as Abstract Developments begins the process of upgrading storm sewers, sanitary sewers, roads and sidewalks adjacent to their ongoing work at 2285 Bowker Avenue.  Though two-way traffic is expected to be maintained along Cadboro Bay Road throughout this phase of their project, residents can expect temporary traffic diversion, temporary reduction in on-street parking and potential delays.
