The Council Priorities Plan identifies timing of projects to be undertaken to deliver on Council’s Priorities. Driven by the Official Community Plan, the Five Year Financial Plan and annual budget decisions, the Council Priorities Plan is implemented through Council decisions and staff action, all actions are undertaken under the District’s legislated mandate, as reflected in Oak Bay’s Mission Statement and are reported in the Annual Report.
