The District of Oak Bay is excited to announce the launch of e-Inspections, a new online service that allows contractors and property owners to schedule their building and plumbing inspections online or through their MyDistrict account. This feature is designed to streamline the scheduling process, offering convenience to residents and contractors while improving efficiency. 

This new feature will: 

• Enhance customer service by providing contractors and owners with a self-service option for booking inspections. 
• Improve workflow with reduced administrative tasks, allowing staff to focus on other critical areas. 

How to schedule an inspection

Property owners and contractors can now schedule building and plumbing inspections:

• through our eInspection portal.
• or through your MyDistrict Account.
