Notice to Oak Bay residents  – please be advised that curbside kitchen scraps totes, and the kitchen catchers  have arrived early from the distributor. Residents can expect the totes along with a starter roll of compostable bags to be delivered in their driveways as early as next week. The Kitchen Scraps Collection Program officially kicks off on January 1, 2014.
