After an interim Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) was appointed in March 2013,  the search for Oak Bay’s permanent CAO is now underway. Mayor and Council are working with the firm of PFM Executive Search to conduct the Canada-wide recruitment and selection process. PFM worked with the District on the search for Oak Bay’s Chief Constable, Mark Fisher, and have also conducted a number of CAO searches on southern and mid-Vancouver Island which puts them in an excellent position to conduct this critically-important search.
