As required by the Community Charter, notice is hereby given that the Corporation of the District of Oak Bay 2019 Annual Report will be considered at the Special Council meeting to be held on Monday, July 20, 2020, at 5:15 p.m. in the Council Chambers, 2167 Oak Bay Avenue, Victoria, BC.  The draft Annual Report is available for inspection on the municipal website.

This meeting will be webcast live.  Submissions and questions from the public in relation to the Annual Report will be considered at this meeting.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, members of the public are strongly encouraged to submit written comments in advance of the meeting. Questions and comments regarding the Annual Report must be received by 3:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting and may be submitted by:

Members of the public may view the meeting proceedings from home via the live webcast from the District’s website. Viewers may phone in to provide comments to Council during the meeting once Public Participation is invited by the Chair by calling 250-598-3311. 

Alternatively, a limited number of the public may pre-register to attend the meeting in person (maximum 4 attendees permitted).  Attendees must pre-register by 3:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting by:

Persons wishing to attend Municipal Hall will be asked to answer pre-screening questions related to COVID-19 and will be required to sign a declaration prior to entering the Municipal Hall on the day of the meeting.
