On Tuesday, September 26, 2023, the Honourable Minister Ravi Kahlon announced the District of Oak Bay's 5-year housing target of 664 units. The District appreciates the release of the target, looks forward to seeing all three levels of government working to address the housing crisis in our region, and will work diligently to see new housing built.
