With the recent news of Canada Post resuming service (starting Tues. Dec. 17), here is an update regarding services and how you can ensure your utility bills and licences are up to date.

Utility Bills

January water bills will be sent to post in the coming week. However, residents should ensure they check and pay balances in the event of a backlog of mail being delivered.
 
Please log on to your MyDistrict online account to view and pay utility bills. You can also visit us in-person at Municipal Hall (2167 Oak Bay Ave) or call 250-598-3311.

Business Licences

To renew your business licence, email biz@oakbay.ca for a copy of your invoice or visit Municipal Hall (2167 Oak Bay Ave) to pick up your invoice and pay.

You can pay online through your MyDistrict account or through the “I Want To” function on our homepage.

Dog Licences

Renew your dog licence in person at Municipal Hall (2167 Oak Bay Ave) or online. For a copy of your invoice, email dogs@oakbay.ca.
