Description:
3150 Rutland Road. The home of the Honourable Thomas Paterson, BC Lieutenant Governor from 1909 to 1914.  The cost was $25,000.  Designed by H.S. Griffith in an adapted Mission Revival style.  Spectacular views of the waterfront and Mt Baker from the house formed the cover of the Uplands promotional booklet.   Built in 1914.
