The Wick Building at the corner of Foul Bay and Oak Bay Avenue, prior to demolition in 1971. Built in 1912 after Oak Bay's municipal incorporation in 1906, the Wick Building housed Charles Hudson, early Oak Bay pharmacist and veterninarian until c.1935, when he built a new store, with living accomodation above, across the street at xxxxOak Bay Ave..
