Oak Bay Beach Hotel, 1175 Beach Drive, in 1996. Built in 1930 to replace the 1927 original that burned down. Closed for demolition in 2006, rebuilt incorporating many features of the old building, reopened in 2012. Here, showing the aftermath of the 'Great Blizzard of 1996'.
