Fernhurst Apartments.  Former estate of William Fernie, known as Kimbolton. Built in 1907 at 2275 Oak Bay Avenue and modernized as the Fernhurst Apartments in 1950. It was demolished to make way for the Monterey Centre and Library in 1971.
