Public works road crew laying sidewalks and curbing at the corner of Newport Avenue and Currie Road (formerly Longbranch).  The high fence surrounded Oak Bay Park, then B.C. Electric Park, now called Windsor Park.  Looking west towards Oak Bay Avenue.
