THE CORPORATION OF THE DISTRICT OF OAK BAY

BYLAW 4144

The Municipal Council of the Corporation of the District of Oak Bay in open meeting assembled enacts as follows:
New fees regarding Oak Bay Fire Department services have been summarized below for convenience.  Please refer to Schedule “B” for complete details for all installations and services.

Installation/Replacement of oil fired equipment:  $100.00
Installation/replacement of above ground oil tanks (up to 300 gals.):  $100.00
Removal or Rendering inert an underground fuel storage tank:  $100.00
Requests for written inspection report, permit or document:  $25.00
(i.e., Real Estate, Owner, Insurance requests etc.)                                             

BYLAW 3803

New fees regarding Oak Bay Fire Department services have been summarized for your convenience.  Please refer to Schedule “A” for complete details.

Fire Department Consultation Fees:  $110.00 per hour
Fire Code and Fire Department Records Search:  $100.00
Fire Safety Plan Review :  $100.00 (New) $ 50.00 (Existing)
Fire Investigation Report:  $100.00
Contract Fire Investigation Services:  $110.00 per 2 hour min.   

Permit and Service fees must be paid at the Oak Bay Fire Department (Cash or Cheque ONLY), Before a site inspection will be conducted or service provided –
