Florence St. Infrastructure

Update:

Soil sampling will be taking plact on December 12 and 13, 2024.
 

The District of Oak Bay is planning work this fall along Florence St. The work will include the following:

Work Area of Work
Replacement of Sanitary Main From Jacks Ln. to South of Cadboro
Replacement of Storm Main Haultain to Jacks Ln.
Replacement of Water main Haultain to Cadboro Bay Rd

The work will also see new curb, gutter, road surface and new driveway accesses.

Anticipated start date: Fall 2024
Anticipated timeline: Four to six months

More details will be posted once the contract has been awarded and a firm start date is set.
